Schedule the pre-approval site visit
Contact the Gallatin River Task Force Conservation Manager to schedule a site visit before you remove any turf. Pre-approval is required.

Plan the conversion
Plan to convert at least 100 square feet to native vegetation (grasses, flowers, shrubs, trees) or a permeable hard surface. Keep itemized receipts.

Complete the work and photograph it
After pre-approval, complete the conversion and take photos of the installed, operational landscape.

Submit the application
Submit the Outdoor Rebate Application with your photos to receive $5 per square foot, up to $5,000 per address.
