- How much does Pollinator Patch cost?
- The core app is free: browse 3,900+ native plants, track your garden, and use the rebate and nursery finders. Pro is $5.99 per month, $44.99 per year, or $29.99 per year with the founding member annual (limited availability). The Rebate Concierge is a separate $29.99 one-time purchase per rebate application.
- What does Pro unlock?
- Pro unlocks yard-specific garden plans with layouts, spacing, and plant groupings, unlimited saved plans with PDF export for your HOA or landscaper, and 30 Ask Patch questions per month personalized to your garden.
- What is the Rebate Concierge?
- A one-time $29.99 service for one specific rebate program. We prepare your application packet: the forms your utility requires, the plant list and documentation they ask for, and a pre-approval checklist tailored to your program. It is only offered on rebate programs we have verified against the official program source, and starting the application before pre-approval is the most common reason rebates are denied, so the packet leads with that.
- Can I cancel Pro?
- Yes. Pro is a subscription you can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future billing and Pro stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.
- Where do I buy: App Store or web?
- Both. Pro is available through the iOS App Store, Google Play, and as a web subscription with card checkout at app.thepollinatorpatchgarden.com. Pricing is the same everywhere.
- Does paying for Pro guarantee HOA approval?
- No. Pro gives you plans and documents that use commonly accepted design cues so your yard reads as intentional and cared for. Every HOA has different rules, so always check your CC&Rs.
