Open the CUWCD rebate page - 2
Apply on utahwatersavers.com
Register, add your property, and submit your application with before photos and a landscape plan that is unique to your property. A professional design is not required.
Open the Utah Water Savers portal - 3
Pass the pre-project inspection
A conservation technician inspects your living lawn before you remove anything. Do not start work until that inspection is complete.
- 4
Install and get paid
Complete the water-efficient conversion within your project window, request the final site visit with after photos, and submit a W-9 to receive payment.
CUWCD inspects before you dig, so apply and wait for the pre-project visit first. Confirming your city rate up front avoids a surprise on the payout.
