Join the Resource Central 2027 Lawn Replacement interest list
Go to resourcecentral.org/lawn and sign up for the 2027 Lawn Replacement interest list. Resource Central uses it to announce next year's application dates. Project areas must be at least 200 square feet and replaced with at least 50% water-wise plants.

Confirm enrollment and schedule a site assessment
Once a slot is available, Resource Central will contact you to confirm enrollment and schedule a site visit. During the assessment, a Resource Central representative will measure the conversion area and recommend appropriate plant selections for your site.

Complete the conversion and receive the $750 subsidy
Resource Central coordinates the installation through their contractor network. The $750 Denver Water subsidy is applied to your project cost at the time of installation. Retain your project documentation for any follow-up from Denver Water.
