Join the Resource Central Smart Lawn waitlist at resourcecentral.org
Go to resourcecentral.org and navigate to the Landscapes or Smart Lawn Program section. Add your name and address to the waitlist. If the current season is full, you will be contacted at the start of the next enrollment window.

Confirm enrollment and schedule a site assessment
Once a slot is available, Resource Central will contact you to confirm enrollment and schedule a site visit. During the assessment, a Resource Central representative will measure the conversion area and recommend appropriate plant selections for your site.

Complete the conversion and receive the $750 subsidy
Resource Central coordinates the installation through their contractor network. The $750 Denver Water subsidy is applied to your project cost at the time of installation. Retain your project documentation for any follow-up from Denver Water.
