Reserve through SoCal Water$mart
Reserve your rebate through the SoCal Water$mart portal before removing any turf. Funds are first-come, first-served.

Convert and plant
Remove the turf and install low-water landscaping. Add up to five qualifying trees to earn $100 each on top of the $6 per square foot.

Submit and get paid
Submit your completed project for the $6 per square foot combined rebate plus the tree bonus.
EMWD plus MWD stacks to $6 per square foot, but only if you reserve first. The reservation is the step people miss.
