Request the free Water-Wise Landscape Consultation through the FresGO app or by dialing 3-1-1 within city limits. Do not remove any grass until your project is approved.

Plan a water-efficient garden
Design the replacement landscape with water-efficient plants suited to the Fresno area, following the recommendations from your consultation.

Install and document
After approval, remove the lawn and install the new garden. Take after photos and keep itemized receipts.

Submit and get paid
Submit your after photos and receipts to receive $2 per square foot, up to 1,500 square feet ($3,000 max).
