Confirm your service area
Check that your property is in the Weber Basin service area, which covers Layton, Ogden, Bountiful, and nearby northern Utah cities.

Apply and pass the digital site visit
Apply through the Weber Basin MyWater portal with photos of your existing lawn, then complete the digital site visit. Do not remove any grass until you have approval.

Convert to a water-efficient landscape
Replace the grass with a genuine water-efficient landscape. Replacing grass with new grass does not qualify.

Submit and get paid
Send your after photos and itemized receipts to receive $2.50 per square foot of grass removed.
