How to apply

  1. Confirm you are a Town of Erie water customer with an active account
  2. Submit your design between January 1 and October 2, 2026 and wait for approval
  3. Remove at least 200 sq ft of irrigated turf after approval
  4. Install low-water plantings to 70% living coverage, with drip irrigation in medians, by November 6, 2026
  5. Pass the final site visit, then submit receipts and the rebate application
