  • Be a Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District / Fresh Coast Guardians customer
  • Property located in: Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, West Allis, Shorewood, Greenfield, Oak Creek, Franklin
  • Resident of MMSD service area (Milwaukee and 27 member communities)
  • Pre-order in late winter/early spring; pickup in June

MMSD GIPP funding is for organizations only, not homeowners. Plant sale is the main residential incentive. Workshops and design assistance available at no cost.
