How to Get the Wisescape Landscape Rebate

What you get

The City of Moscow pays a $150 rebate to customers who convert at least 300 square feet of irrigated lawn to Wisescape (water-wise) landscaping. The program is funded up to a total of $5,000 across all participants each cycle (City of Moscow; last verified July 2026).
