What you get

An ongoing flat 25% reduction of the regional stormwater fee (not a one-time rebate) for installing an approved Stormwater Control Measure, including rain gardens. At least 25% of the property roof/impervious area must drain to the rain garden, sized per the Rain Garden Manual for Homeowners. Valid 3 years, then recertify. Serves Cleveland and NEORSD member communities (Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District; last verified June 2026).

  • Property in a NEORSD member community

  • Sized per the Rain Garden Manual; recertify every 3 years
