• Be a Niantic River Watershed Committee customer
• Property located in: East Lyme, Montville, Salem, Waterford
• Must live in East Lyme, Montville, Salem, or Waterford and within the Niantic River watershed
• Submit an application to the Niantic River Watershed Committee
• Reimbursable items include rain garden plants and soil amendments
• Design, construction, labor, and tools/hoses/sprinklers are not reimbursable
• Funds are limited and available on a first come/first served basis
