How to Get the Turf Landscape Conversion Rebate

What you get

Pays $0.50 per square foot of turf converted to drought-tolerant plants on drip irrigation (also artificial turf or permeable paving), up to $500 per water account. A pre-inspection of the turf area is required before any work begins (City of Paso Robles; last verified June 2026).
