How to Get the Flip Your Strip City Rebate

What you get

Reimburses up to $300 for water-wise plants when converting a park strip from grass to water-wise landscaping, plus a free rock-mulch, weed-barrier, and drip-system conversion kit. An inspection is required before any grass is removed; water-wise, drought-resistant plants must cover 50% of the park strip at full growth and stay under 24 inches.
