South Florida Rebates: Miami, Fort Lauderdale & Broward

South Florida offers several rebate programs for Miami-Dade, Broward, and Stuart. Miami-Dade provides up to $2,500 over 5 years for irrigation retrofits (free evaluation first). Broward offers $200–$600 for smart irrigation and nozzle upgrades. Stuart pays $1 per square foot for turf removal (up to 1,500 sq ft), one of the few direct turf replacement programs in Florida.

How to apply

  1. Miami-Dade. Request free irrigation evaluation. Complete retrofits within 6 months. Submit proof of payment.
  2. Broward. Free on-site evaluation. 60 days to complete upgrades after approval.
  3. Stuart. Pre-approval required. Complete within 60 days. Rebate mailed ~4 weeks after inspection.
