Tampa Bay Water Wise Rebates — Gulf Coast
Tampa Bay Water Wise offers rebates to Tampa Bay Water member utility customers across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and New Port Richey. Up to $1,000 for smart irrigation controllers, rain sensors, sprinkler upgrades, and Florida Water Star certified homes. Many residents can also stack with Hillsborough FLIP (turf conversion) or Sarasota RainCheck (rain gardens).

Florida Water Star certified homes receive $1,000 per single-family home. Covers Tampa, St. Petersburg, Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, and New Port Richey. Potable water customers only.
