How to Apply for St. Louis, Missouri Water Rebates
Complete the landowner orientation first. Verify your address is in a Program Focus Area. Residential cost-share is 75% of approved costs up to $4,500. A landowner may take this or the MSD grant, not both for the same project.
Application Steps
- 1
Check your focus area and finish orientation
Confirm your address is inside a Program Focus Area on the interactive map, then complete the landowner orientation. Orientation stays valid for two years.
Open the Cost-Share page - 2
Plan and apply by mail
Design your rainscaping project, then submit your application by hand delivery or physical mail. The program does not take electronic submissions.
- 3
Install during the planting season
Once accepted, complete the project during the designated planting season and keep itemized receipts.
- 4
Submit and get reimbursed
Turn in receipts and completion forms to receive 75% of approved costs, up to $4,500 for residential projects. Funds typically arrive within 12 weeks.
Focus-area eligibility and orientation come before everything else. Confirm your address qualifies, then finish orientation before you plan the project.
