Design to the thresholds
Plan to convert at least 500 square feet and reach at least 30% live plant canopy at maturity using ADWR Drought-Tolerant Plant List species. Artificial turf does not count toward canopy.

Convert, then pass the post-inspection
Complete the conversion, keep itemized receipts, and schedule the post-inspection. The Town pays after sign-off.

Funding is a first-come, first-served state grant and the current round is closed as of June 2026. Confirm reopening and remaining funds with conserve@queencreekaz.gov before you plan around the rebate.
