  • EPCOR New Mexico account number
  • Completed residential landscape rebate application
  • Before photos of the existing turf
  • After photos of the completed landscaping
  • Itemized receipts

Pollinator Patch can help: It picks Llano Estacado natives for Eastern New Mexico, designs an HOA-friendly desert layout that meets the Low water-use rule with full ground cover, and assembles your before-photo and receipt packet.

Avoid these mistakes

  • Don't leave bare ground. EPCOR requires ground cover such as gravel or desert landscaping, not exposed dirt.
  • Don't plant high-water-use plants. Any plants you add have to be Low or Low+ water use to qualify.
  • Don't assume funding is guaranteed. Rebates are first-come, first-served from limited funds and can run out (EPCOR New Mexico water conservation rebates, verified June 2026).
