How to Apply for Kyle Water Rebates

    Contact the city water conservation coordinator

    Email wcrp@cityofkyle.com to start. You'll need a site visit before work begins.

    Get pre-approval

    Submit the pre-approval application with your utility bill. Do not start work until approved.

    Complete your project

    Remove turf, install native plants or approved ground cover. Save all receipts and take before/after photos.

    Submit final approval

    Download and complete the final approval application. Submit with photos and receipts.
