Avoid these mistakes
- Don't remove turf before LCRA approves your pre-application. Work started early may not qualify.
- Don't miss the 90-day window. You have 90 days from finishing the work to submit the final application.
- Don't convert less than 200 sq ft. That is the minimum healthy-turf area for the rebate.
- Don't leave turf grass or automatic spray irrigation in the new bed. Drip irrigation is allowed.
- Don't apply without itemized receipts and before and after photos, and include a W-9 if your total rebate is $600 or more.
