Are you eligible?
- Be a New Braunfels Utilities customer
- Property located in: New Braunfels
- Must be an active New Braunfels Utilities water customer
- Minimum 100 sq ft replaced; maximum 2,000 sq ft rebated per 12 months
- Submit one application within 12 months of the work, with before and after photos including markers
- Drought-tolerant plants only; permeable non-grass surface; artificial turf is not eligible
- Topsoil at least 4 inches deep with at least 25 percent compost or organic matter
- Remove or cap any irrigation spray heads, rotors, or drip line in the replaced area
