How to Get the Pflourishing Flora Rebate

What you get

$1.25 per square foot of turf removed, up to $2,000 lifetime per property. Projects must use native or native-adapted non-invasive plants with 2 inches of mulch on beds and 50% plant cover at maturity; existing above-ground irrigation in the project area must be retired or converted to drip or bubblers, and no new permanent irrigation is allowed. Are you eligible?

• Be a City of Pflugerville customer
• Property located in: Pflugerville
• Pflugerville water customer with an active Utility Billing account in good standing
• Registered WaterSmart portal user; apply under Service and Forms
• Pre-approval required before buying or installing any project material
• Minimum 500 sq ft of turf converted
• One application per calendar year until the $2,000 lifetime max is reached
