How to Get the Native Plant Grant Rebate

• Project located within Polk County, Oregon
• Applicant owns the property or has written permission from the owner
• Project must increase the use of native plants for soil health, water quality, wildlife habitat, or pollinators
• Plants must be appropriate for the site
• Receipts submitted with a final report; funds may only cover eligible expenses incurred after the award date

   Apply and get written approval first

   Submit your application to Polk Soil and Water Conservation District and wait for written approval before you remove any turf or start work. Starting early is the most common reason a rebate is denied.
