Houston Public Works offers discounted rain barrels (sold twice yearly through the Green Building Resource Center), smart irrigation controller discounts via Rachio, and free water conservation items. The city does not offer a turf conversion or native landscaping rebate. Fort Bend County residents may qualify for up to $300 through the North Fort Bend Water Authority.
