How to apply

  2. Apply for the pilot and connect with the city water conservation coordinatorThe coordinator can help with your landscape design.
  3. Replace up to 250 sq ft of irrigated turf with nativesRemove and cap irrigation in the converted area. Pollinator gardens, gravel, mulch, or paving qualify.
  4. Submit materials receipts to claim $1 per square foot

Rebate programs are offered by the city, not your HOA. You can apply regardless. Check your HOA guidelines before making landscape changes.
