How to apply

  1. Verify eligibility. Enter your address at nfbwa.com. Not all Sugar Land water providers participate.
  2. Make qualifying purchases. Native plants, smart irrigation, rain barrels. Purchases from Jan 1 qualify.
  3. Apply in March. Applications open March 1. Submit with receipts and photos.
