How to Apply for Georgetown, Texas Water Rebates

Georgetown water customers can combine rebates up to $5,000 total per fiscal year (Oct 1–Sep 30). Rebates are first-come, first-served.

Application Steps

    Confirm you're a Georgetown Water customer

    Rebates are only for Georgetown Utilities water customers.

    Get pre-approval where required

    Native landscaping and tree rebates need pre-approval before you start work.

  3. 3

    Complete your project and keep receipts

    Save itemized receipts and photos of before and after.

  4. 4

    Submit via Georgetown's online portal

    Go to gtx.conservationrebates.com, Requests → Rebates.

  5. 5

    Allow 4–6 weeks for processing

    Rebate arrives as a check by mail. Rebates of $600+ require a W-9.
