Meet the minimum and convert
Remove at least 500 square feet of warm-season Bermuda, or all of it if the area is smaller, and replace it with low-water landscaping.

Take before and after photos, keep itemized receipts, and submit your documentation to receive $2 per square foot, up to $2,000.
