- Property located in: San Antonio
- Must be a SAWS residential water customer
- Remove at least 200 sq ft of grass per coupon
- Plant 15 new plants per coupon area
- Remove all automatic sprinklers or drip lines in the area
- Submit post-installation photos by November 15
