Common steps for every program in this guide
- Confirm you're a SAWS customer. Rebates are for SAWS residential water customers only.
- For landscape coupons: apply when they open. Coupons open March 1. Apply at GardenStyleSA.com. No pre-approval for coupons.
- For RainSaver: attend workshop first. Free cistern workshop (quarterly) or online course required. Then submit cistern packet.
- Complete work and submit documentation. Landscape coupons need photos by November 15. Cisterns need SAWS final inspection.
