How to apply for South Dakota rebates

Stormwater Incentive Program
City of Brookings
Reimburses 50% of a qualifying native-plant purchase between $50 and $500 (up to $250 back) for residential properties, plus up to $50 toward a rain barrel. Plants must be labeled native or specifically for the program; an itemized receipt is required. One voucher per residential property, 40 vouchers available first-come, first-served (cycle opens April 22). Pick up a voucher at the Engineering Division, present it at a participating nursery, then submit the voucher and receipt for reimbursement (City of Brookings; last verified June 2026).
