Rebates are for SAWS residential water customers only.

Free cistern workshop (quarterly) or online course required. Then submit cistern packet.

Each $125 coupon covers 200 sq ft of grass removal and 15 new native or adapted plants. Up to 4 coupons per year. Remove all automatic sprinklers or drip lines in the area. Free "Plant by Numbers" landscape design plans at GardenStyleSA.com. Coupons open March 1; apply early as they can be limited.

SAWS RainSaver Cistern Rebate: Up to $2,000
SAWS pays $1 per gallon of storage, up to $2,000. Minimum 500 gallons. Must attend a free cistern workshop or online course. Yard cannot have existing irrigation; landscaping must survive on rainfall and harvested water only. Texas Property Code §202.007 protects rainwater harvesting from HOA prohibition.
