Arctic alpine fleabane is a tiny native wildflower that forms low cushions of small daisy-like blooms. This compact perennial stays very short and produces white or pale pink flowers during summer months. It's well-suited for rock gardens, alpine settings, or areas where a delicate groundcover is desired.

In an HOA neighborhood

Arctic Alpine Fleabane takes more care to keep looking intentional in a front yard. Maintenance level: low. Consider it for backyard or mid-zone beds rather than the street edge.

Works well in: backyard only.

  • Extremely small size may appear sparse or incomplete
  • Alpine wildflower appearance conflicts with traditional landscaping
  • May be mistaken for weeds due to tiny stature

Wildlife value

The small daisy flowers attract native bees and beneficial beetles during the summer blooming period. Its compact size makes it useful for supporting pollinators in tight spaces.

Native range data from the USDA PLANTS Database and regional native plant society lists. Pollinator and host plant associations compiled from GBIF, iNaturalist, and published ecological literature.
