Small-flower wood-rush is a compact, clumping grass-like perennial with narrow evergreen leaves and delicate flower clusters in late spring and summer. This native sedge forms neat, low mounds that provide year-round structure in partially shaded areas. It tolerates moderate moisture and creates a refined, naturalistic groundcover.

Small-flower Wood-rush is an HOA-friendly choice. Maintenance level: low. Tidiness: 4 out of 5.

Works well in: front yard, foundation, street edge, mid zone.
