Marsh flat sedge is a native grass-like perennial that forms neat clumps with triangular stems and small brown flower clusters. It thrives in consistently moist to wet soils and provides excellent texture contrast in rain gardens and water-wise landscapes. This sedge maintains a tidy appearance throughout the growing season.
