White doll's daisy is a tall native perennial that produces clouds of small white daisy-like flowers from summer through early fall. This robust plant forms upright clumps and can reach up to 5 feet tall, making it excellent for the back of flower borders or naturalized areas.

In an HOA neighborhood

White Doll's Daisy takes more care to keep looking intentional in a front yard. Maintenance level: moderate. Consider it for backyard or mid-zone beds rather than the street edge.

Works well in: backyard only.

  • Height up to 5 feet may appear too wild or uncontrolled for front yards
  • Can look sparse and weedy during winter dormancy
  • May require staking to prevent flopping in windy conditions

Wildlife value

The abundant small flowers attract a wide variety of pollinators including native bees, butterflies, and beetles throughout the late summer blooming period. Seeds provide food for birds in fall and winter.

Native range data from the USDA PLANTS Database and regional native plant society lists. Pollinator and host plant associations compiled from GBIF, iNaturalist, and published ecological literature.
